I’m Richard Stenson, the Commercial and Legal Director currently operating across Europe and America, working out of our Reading HQ.
With 20+ years experience working in recruitment, I’ve grown from a pure sales role now into Group Commercial and Legal Director. With global responsibility for all commercial agreements across the Group including all terms of business, standard or client, contractor/freelance terms, overseeing compliance and business protection, for the UK, Germany, and the US.
Minimise disputes on transfer and introduction fees whilst maintaining and maximising Client and contractor relationship. Involved in all negotiation with supplies arrangements and the evaluation and preparation of tenders and RFI’s.
