Overview
As Planning Manager, you will have a strong background in Production Planning, and any broader S&OP experience will be advantageous. Working with the client’s Operations and Production teams, you will be tasked with helping to resolve issues related to production/manufacturing, collaborating with key stakeholders and process owners to help improve their planning processes/function.
For this position, planning experience in a production/manufacturing environment is essential, and the client are open to individuals coming from a range of industries. The position will require you to be on-site five days a week, though there may be some flexibility re. transitioning into a hybrid role after an initial bedding in period.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience required with Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent related experience.
- Demonstrate a knowledge and use of DMAIC and Lean methodology problem solving tools and techniques at a level sufficient to develop, motivate and influence skilled team members as part of cross function problem solving.
- Proven experience of delivering improvement activities, in a high volume, highly automated and regulated manufacturing environment (preferably in the medical device industry)
- Understanding of change control and regulatory compliance within a medical device environment.
